You did a fantastic job.

One thing i would add, it totally would not make sense to include stocks in an inflation basket, but it would make sense to include houses. The distinction is that stocks are shares of ownership in a business, they are investments not consumer goods.
Houses on the other hand are consumer goods, not investments.
