The guy I dealt with yesterday in the Dell call center could use technical, English, and courtesy lessons. Don't make them out to be so far above us US workers. They're just people like you & I.

I am all in favor of radically changing Bushie priorities.

And better education would certainly would improve US economic prospects

Still I doubt this will help all that much.

The key here is not so much that Indians and Chinese are better educated than Americans, but the fact that educated Indians and Chinese are willing to work for much less than their American counterparts.
