Zillow was fun. I looked up all the houses we have lived in for the past 35 years in the US. Every one has a 10 year curve any business would die for! The first one we bought for $38k is now valued at $780k - who would have thunk it - at the time $38k was a total stretch...new job, we just had a baby, new town, still paying off college bills, first mortgage. Actually A20 and I had so much fun looking at places we lived along with the memories.

Then we got nosey and started looking up all our friends houses. I was impressed at how accurate the average prices were. If you were moving to a new part of the country and didn't know much about it, this would certainly leverage your research and avoid having to listen to an agent drone on and on.

The application itself is very intuitive - I liked it.
