Clinton performed better than any recent president, especially on the economy, As a self proclaimed genius, perhaps if you'd spent a little more time studying in school instead of snorting coke with the Kennedy Kidz, you'd be aware of the fact that CONGRESS, not the PRESIDENT, is responsible for taxing and spending. Reagan had a spendaholic Democrat congress to deal with and Clinton had, what was for too short a time and is no longer, a fiscally responsible GOP congress to keep him in check. Every time I pop into the loony toon threads for a quick check, I find you still yapping and babbling the same old nonsense. Aside from being a complete economic illiterate, you seem to be afflicted with a chronic case of PMS, emotional histrionics completely divorced from reason and facts.
