Checked - The Oct rally is somewhere between 62 and 78.6% of the first leg out of Oct 2002. Could well be enough.

There is a much more bullish (IT) possibility (Bearish LT) of looking at that Triangle -- think of it not as 4, but "B". In this case, you expect to match the entire "A" {from Oct 2002 to Dec 2003. In this version the DOW almost certainly would reach new all time highs... most likely unconfirmed by SP and NDX.

Bottom line - The larger picture allows for a multitude of both bullish and bearish scenarios. Ergo - must count one step at a time - and keep options open.

It's ABC *OR* 1-2-1(of 3) to me!.... ;)

Cheers!
