Mike Brown testimony this morning makes the DHS protocols and priorities look very bad. He is also laying at the feet of the White House a number of claims that he did communicate (or try to communicate) with them about the severity of the New Orleans situation. The WH has stood by its claims that it didn't know...no one knew, etc. etc.

He seems to feel he and FEMA have been unfairly scapegoated...not by the media, but by the White House.

Bush didn't have to ask who leaked, he already knew.

Where does it say that?

Also, Libby's lawyers have already said the story about Libby's testimony is not accurate.
