No Democrat got a single dime from Abramoff. The only question is whether one or two of them did any favors for Abramoff, having received money indirectly from a tribe associated with Abramoff, tribes which gave them money before Abramoff was even around. Taking money from a tribe is perfectly ethical. Trading that for a quid pro quo favor that matters is, especially if the favor represents a shift in opinion, in other words, if the vote was purchased, that is bribery and it's criminal. So far, only rightwing Repubs are guilty of this, and no democrat got a single dollar from Abramoff. So it's very unlikely any dem is guilty here. if so, only one or two compared to dozens and dozens of Bushies. I posted Abramoff's total list of contributions the other day. Not a single DEm on it. Not even any GOP moderates. All rightwing Delay and Bush cronies. Including Bush himself and the RNC. Bush took at least six meets with rbamoff and did him some favors. Developing story.

Where did you get this crap from. Dare to provide a link. Did all of them return the money. Did this site also post the names of the Republicans who accepted money. By the way, this site is not a Anti Republican or pro_democratic party site. It is a site to ensure that our President acts ina manner which os reflective of the values and principles on this country was founded on. So quit that anti-Democratic stance on this thread. Would you care to note how many, if not all of the senators you mentioned, received money from Indian tribes prior to those tribes becoming a client of Abramoff? Fact of reality is that when those tribes became clients of Abramoff, the extent of tribe donations to Democrats declined, while contributions to Republicans markedly increased. Thus, Abramoff's relationship with those tribes influenced less money being received by Democrats. Do you admit the above is truthful?
