I still think it's unfair, disingenuous really, to label Democrats as recepients of Abramoff's inside money deals when Abramoff's clients reduced the amount of money given to Democrats once they became Abramoff clients. This is especially so since every single penny Abramoff himself contributed went to Republicans. In plain simple truth Abramoff did this: a) He gave his own money to Republicans; and, b) he convinced his clients to give less money, than they had been giving, to Democrats. Any mainstream media source that reports Abramoff also greased Democrats is false and misleading. But, as we know, mainstream media is all too quick to pick up on GOPwinger talking points.
