I have never heard of that.

When I was a kid, my best friend had a farm near Lawrence, Kansas, and we would often go every weekend. We would stay at a cabin and sleep in the dirt floor cellar. I was not afraid of spiders then. We would ride her horse bareback and sit under a mulberry tree and eat the berries in June. And have a mud slide down into the Wakarusa River. I always returned Sunday night filthy. And loved every second of it.
