Clinton never had a 9-11. FEMA worked fine there too. And seemed to do well in Florida with all the hurricanes. And in Mississippi pretty well as well, during Katrina. The storm damage was much worse in Mississippi. The flood damage is what did NO in.... One thing I noticed is that FEMA spent about $960 or so Million for 9-11, and FEMA has spent how much for just LA alone? And for NO alone? Last time I read the LA Gov was exercised because $60+ BILLION wasn't enough from the Feds. What we need to have is someone very capable to go down there and just see what is wrong....in so many ways. And we could compare what has happened so far in MS, and also LA....forget the levy break area...but look at the rest of the city and state, and then compare to MS. Are the two states that different, except for the elected officials?
