I didn't know that Jim since your family has been down here for generations so your ties to the area are much more deeper than mine. Even so I had never thought about ever leaving this state only 2-3 years ago. Now it is almost a certainty..

Hi Jim,

Sold out of Orlando two years ago and have been traveling and spending time in most of the state income tax free states and they are full of +' & -'s. Last few in Sun starved Seattle (Kirkland). When the Sun does shine you forget the rain and overcast skies. Still no decision.
Have you or anyone researched Panama?
