Here are the harmonic patterns in the SPX.

1) A fairly large Bearish Gartley, viewable on the daily chart, here shown on the hourly. Potential Reversal Zone is between 1280-1282:

2) Within this larger Gartley pattern, a smaller hourly Bearish Butterfly (shown in black lines) completes in essentially the same area, with a Potential Reversal Zone of 1277-1280:
