You would have to have been there and watched cheney all day to say that with such certainty. Were you? How much other alcohol did he drink?

Do you really think cheney would be drunk enough to shoot his hunting partner after drinking only one beer?

Of course, Cheney would NEVER lie! LOL! If it was just a beer, he'd have met with the sheriff right after the incident. Since he wanted to avoid a breathalyzer, he put it off for a day.
