I wouldn't rule out a minor new high in SPX as an irregular B high in a complex correction that still has a C down to come. Everything since 1/11 looks corrective to me (hell, make that everything since November), so I am in the larger complex correction camp here, not looking for a melt-up as seems to be the sentiment over on the Mother Thread. This could be the start of a Big B Wave, after the five-waver out of 10/02, in which case we may get many more months of this kind of choppy slop. Trend traders are getting killed now, and will continue to be for quite some time if this scenario plays out. Well, they have had a good run.
