Snuff. That article you posted was posted without a date. Likely just an oversight on your part. :-)

....."Canada prepares to enforce Islamic law
Judges will give legal sanction to disputes between Muslims

".....

That bit of stupidity contemplated by the liberal Gov. in Ontario was already voted down after many protests by WOMEN and men who were concerned about Women's freedom and rights.

It's old dead news.

There are millions of Muslims willing to come to Canada to enjoy the good life who are you to deny them?

I am a Canadian. One of my Grandmothers was part native, and a 5th generation Canadian otherwise and the rest of my family arrived about 1900. I wouldn't deny the right of some Muslims to come to Canada, as long as they realise that we are a multi-cultural country, and they cannot impose the rules of Islam on the rest of the country. If they decide they need to live in a country with strict Islamic rules, they should stay the hell home.

FYI religious courts were banned in Ontario on Monday. There will be no court in the province which can make binding decisions, the first good piece of legislation from the Mcguinty government!!!!!

That is a very old article and very old news. You are behind the times. The introduction of Sharia law in Canada was firmly rejected in 2005.

Are they coming here for a better life or to import their old petty grievances and religious views to be imposed on the rest of us ?

Ya know... I go to Church, my kids go to Sunday school... but hat should not be a any imposition on you... simply my personal choice.. You can sit in a bar and drink all of Sunday and I would support you right to do so.
