I think we're on the same wave length. I have to find fault though with a CEO who says he is (one way or another) reducing shares and then, in actuality, increases the shares significantly without a very detailed rationale.

I don't think that's bashing. I spend most of my day researching some of these companies and, to me, the most important factors are share structure and CEO trust. Every company has its respective "great product," and, quite frankly, most of us can't tell if it really will cure cancer or be a perpetual motion machine LOL. But we do understand the basics of financial reports and the significance of truth in capital structure.

Creede can speak for himself but I think that is what was behind his posts. It's clearly not the same as what we see from the slimey larvae06, who calls names with irrational, emotional diarrhea of the keyboard, who makes connections that don't fit, who posts innuendo when the facts of his own background are quite embarrassing.

Personally, I'd prefer to see none of the flame wars and to keep the discussion to the merits, or lack therof, for each stock. Since that doesn't seem to be the trend, thank goodness I'm probably one of the best in the dubious area of flaming the bad guys and that's why the senor is so very, very frustrated with me. You're pretty good yourself in taking care of yourself online if I might add.

I don't fear discussion that it is negative or positive. If a stock has some bad stuff connected with it, I'd rather know. I also post often that any stock can be bashed. I typically challenge the moronic basher to give me a few of his favorite microcap stock picks. Your favorite basher does not have the cahones to do this. On the other hand, I don't like to see a CEO give fodder to bashers with stuff that he can control, like self-proclaimed time limits and promises re share structure.

Anyway, have a great day and continue to fight the good battle.

"you need to understand the rules and take responsibility for your own actions"

You say this as if the rules of deceit are implied, and that we should just accept it as the way it is. How about this plan...a team of like minded investors are banding together to send all penny stocks a message. That they must have a transparent TA, or we aren't going to swallow their story. Also, if they lie to us we leave. That simple. I don't see any acceptance in that. We are going to teach CEO's/management how we expect to be treated. Gagged TA's someday will be a thing of the past....matter of fact, IMVHO, the only time there is an exception to the rule is when they report every quarter. That's being responsible. IMO, promoting stocks that are known diluters is what is irresponsible. Any ideas where VWKM's millions are going? We hope they are going to build a business...maybe, maybe not. I'm not going to chance it. But you know how I feel about all of this. Plain and simply, I reject the notion that I should ever accept blind pump and dumps....they are thieves.
