How can you discuss the tenor of the GWB Admin and not touch on these points? I assume that the author either forgot/overlooked them or doesn't find them important. Having said that..., maybe I'll wade in after all. The list wasn't really about the "tenor" of the administration, it was about accomplishments and failures. Accomplishments and failures are terminal events--results; tenor is an instrumental factor. Apples and oranges that I don't think belong on the list. If the list were of things you like or dislike about the presidency, then you could mix results and tenor. (Yes, I'm aware some might perceive my distinction as arcane. <g>)
