Oral, And, most of the time, a cow will kick forward, but a horse will kick backwards with the force of his whole body behind it. They can destroy a barn door if they want to. I learned, back when I rode a lot, that if you want, or need, to go around the back of the horse, keep your hand on his rump, and walk close to his rear end, and he will either not kick, or not be able to get any force into the kick from so close.
