I certainly don't remember any snarling mc, this thread rarely bares its teeth.-vbg And FWIW, this thread did not invent the term. I read it in a TA book many years ago, possibly the Elder book. Apparently AA read the same book because he used to refer to it as well.

I must admit, now that I actually understand what's meant by a hound, it's helping me comprehend a whole slew of past thread discussions about which I was previously "foggy". :-) I should have asked what it meant ages ago!
