Since you say that my statement effectively chrges a lying by either Cheney or the sheriff, I am reproducing exactly what I said in my post that you need to reread again. Cheney said he consumed alcohol. The sheriff's report said he didn't. But the American public is capable of looking past such stupidity and move on without giving any credit or blame to anybody. Listen and think about what I said. Look past such stupidity. Do not blame or give credit. Judge for yourself and move on is what I say.
