Doing DD BEFORE buying a stock is your trademark... and one I admit that I've been watching.... heck, I've been clocking you dude, just for your reasoned opinions. Then I do my own DD. The questions you've asked of everyone here are fair, and I feel the need to respond. First, I've been known to do a little DD, and to take both pumpers and bashers to task when I find serious issues. I never quote an outside source such as a blog for providing believable solid information.... in fact, quite often I find blogs and bulletin boards are merely starting places to BEGIN looking and doing DD. At first, I was appalled at the attempts made against PLNI posters.... that turned quickly to anger, and has now jelled into a firm resolve to battle obvious scumbags. I may not be as eloquent as you, or perhaps rrm.... I tend to be more like Hollen here - I like to mak'em squirm and squeal and prance around in fits of rage.... it's gotten me TOS'd from RB a few times, but I consider that a small price to pay. I have been following rrm around for many months now, and I can state firmly that HE is one of the few people that has earned my respect. And he did it the hard way, by putting his money where his mouth was, taking the risk, and sharing information freely. I've made money with him, and I've lost money with him.... and I'm richer for the experience. For a poster of his caliber to be treated as he has been recently, I can only point to an old saying - "no good deed goes unpunished". This board is richer with his participation.... and if he weren't here, and you and maybe a few others, I would probably lose interest and move on... I'm not paid by anyone to pump or bash a stock. To me, they swim or sink on their own merits. I consider the pro's who bash or pump as sicko's, not because of what they do, but because the are compensated for it. That means "right and wrong" have been tossed out the window, and replaced with "target and destroy" It used to be difficult to try and read all the posts, searching for an honest dialog. However, once I learned to do my own DD, and how to identify posters like rrm or yourself, the posts stopped bothering me. One day, PLNI will finally resolve, and those who sought information and based investing decisions on their discoveries will benefit. I have determined that PLNI is a clear winner, if you use the right strategy. My strategy is to flip when I can, and HOLD what I think is reasonable.... Sometimes, the efforts of bashers results in destroying a company - as they are attempting to do here. They are less interested in pushing the PPS lower, and instead directly attack the company with only one goal in mind - to drive the company into oblivion. To me, that is what I see happening here - someone really wants PLNI to disappear completely, and I think PLNI is in a fight for its life - not merely the stock price. The drive to destroy PLNI completely has only surfaced within the past 2 weeks (at least to me)- and is finally transparent. That means the stakes are much higher than usual. Longs in PLNI need to wake up to that fact, and stop pshawing the bashers as a mere inconvenience - their aim is to get PLNI completely delisted. Gentleness and forgiveness are no longer an option here. It really is a fight to the finish. Without being corny... I see the current situation as a battle between good and evil. It isn't necessary that I understand everything, or that I have blind faith or trust in the goodness of the company. Could I just walk away from this battle? Sure.... isn't that what they want? Why they're here? Look at youself, dude.... you have nothing invested here, yet instinct tells you the battle needs fighting, that what is happening is not right, and that good and decent people are being hurt. I'll fight this battle! Not because I want to get wealthy, or because I just like a good fight... I'll fight because of the good people that are getting hurt. I place my trust in people.
