That's just more extreme rhetoric and characterizations. Why do both partisan sides have to turn every issue into ALL or NOTHING?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?

The administration was elected twice unlike the bumblers who ran against them and couldn't carry one or two additional states needed to win. They revised the tax structure according to their own agenda and put two likeminded people on the Supreme Court. The business cycle rebounded under their tenure though it's debatable whether it happened because or in spite of federal budget policies. No terrorist attacks have hit US soil since 9/11 - again debatable if that is to Bush's credit or Bin Laden's plan.

And despite everything, 40% or more of the electorate still supports Bush. What we have here is a very, very mixed picture. Simplistic renditions of total failure or absolute success are lame, to be blunt.

Bush failed to succeed on anything on your agenda, one voter in many millions.

Can anybody think of an issue that this White House has handled successfully?

Yes, one.

Helping its base, The Haves and The HaveMores, to become even more wealthy and privileged.

On that issue, the WH has been a huge success.
