RE: "what good are they as leaders" Your statement should apply to the USA, since the USA is unable to "get their women on the same footing as men." The bottom-line is, you are so filled with bias and sexism, that you absolutely refuse to acknowledge other countries are ahead of the USA at the top, and you show no desire for the USA to improve it's pathetic situation where it has no female leaders at the top and you absolutely refuse to acknowledge other countries are worlds ahead of the USA on this. You truly are a bigot.
