re: I see women gain leadership positions by starting their own businesses

statistics is against you. Businesswomen makes more than her male counterpart. Given equal education and effort women is more likely to succeed than man. And all that in US where, as you accurately pointed out, all presidents are male

I see some fabulously talented foreign businesswomen having great acceptance by their "common folk" because the culture accepts women leadership at the top-most level.

With comments like this do you expect to be taken seriously? Look at your logic:

"I see some fabulously talented foreign businesswoman having great acceptance"....fine.

But the reason for the acceptance is not the foreign businesswoman's ability? It's not the foreign society's view on equality of the sexes? It has nothing to do with anything in the foreign culture other than the fact that they have, at one point, had a woman President?

That's dopey.

What I'm seeing is different than what you are seeing. I see women gain leadership positions by starting their own businesses, and whose entry is easier because it's okay if they are a female that doesn't want to go to a porno club with the IT guy.

You're definitely seeing different things that what I'm seeing. Females don't go to porno clubs with IT guys in Muslim countries. Females don't go with IT guys much of anywhere, as far as I know.
