And we do not ration medicine? Come on ; with 46,500,000 Americans without health insurance and another 65,000,000 with defective health insurance don't tell me we don't ration health delivery in this country.

The CANADIAN GOVERNMENT admits to what you say and promises to "do better". Which they have for years. I still see Canadians come down here for "optional" surgery because they can get it quickly instead of waiting 6 months or a year in Canada.

A lot of foot surgery is "optional" by their definitions. If you're the patient and can barely walk or not walk at all because of the problem, it doesn't seem all that optonal. It can cost your job.
