Nonsense. Cheney never changed his story. And one beer would not impair Cheney especially when the accident did not happen until hours later.... Do you really think the SS would allow Cheney to run around tanked up with a gun? Get serious, pinhead. J.

Keep in mind if Cheney had one beer, he had this beer with his daily medication. In a party gathering, as they were in at the ranch, Cheney's normal daily medications could have been taken inconsistently over the period of the party gathering. Consider also the norm we're all to familiar with that that anyone saying they consumed only one beer actually had consumed more than one beer. Taken together, what we have is a good and logical reason as to why Cheney's judgment could have been impaired at the time of the shooting. Also add in they were shooting in twilight hours with the sun near down.
