I have found lately that oil and gas stocks are much easier to navigate. Oil goes up, oil stocks go up. Very simple.

SEC stocks are incredibly tough to navigate. And they seem to be manipulated a whole lot by the big boys and their analyst buddies.

The SEC's look quite oversold on a very short term basis. They need to turn soon or it is going to be painful. INTC and TSM being green today was a start.
