Second stage. Nothing wrong with the deal, we just need to do better PR. Still SOP. Bush and Bush administration competency and this transaction are two different subjects. Similarly, Treasury Secretary Snow overall effectiveness and this transaction are two different subjects. This is an area that Snow knows quite well. This is his bailiwick. He made his mark in business running a huge shipping company - Sealand and transportation Company - CSX. National security is not an issue. The issue is emotions. It is like WWII when we interned the Japanese. I'll bet nearly everyone was for it at the time. This is very similar to that wrt emotions concerning anything to do with Arabs..
