This is not like the internment of the Japanese. The Japanese were citizens of the US, and there had been no instances of Japanese citizens doing anything to injure the US, and there were constitutional issues at stake. In this instance I don't see any issues of similar gravity when you consider the prevention of this deal. Many deals which were desired by foreign companies have been scuppered- and some of those deals were a lot less controversial than this one.
