"Does anybody here doubt that Zionist and/or US intelligence services were responsible for the Shiite mosque bombing that triggered a wave of Shiite attacks on Sunni mosques in Iraq today."

Can you offer any proof at all to the above statement? Your next statement about who stands to gain may be correct, but I thought the US and the Zionists were in bed. If that is the case, how does that benefit the U.S.? And if it does not, your conjecture in the first place if true, should cause the U.S. to toss the Zionists out of bed, should it not?

I certainly cannot see that a fractured Iraq, on the verge of civil war is of any benefit to Israel or to the United States. So put me down as a doubter.

I don't. In fact, while watching the TV news this evening I said to my wife that Mossad was responsible -- she just looked at me.

> Ironic that the Zionists who forever bewail the so-called "night of the broken glass" in 1938 when Nazi mobs attacked temples throughout Germany are now inciting the same kind of violence against Sunnis in Iraq.

Now the boot is on the other foot. And it shows how desperate they are to stoke the fires of civil war.
