So who is the ultimate bagholder? Sitting on vacant property for 2,3 years must take it's toll. I can't believe folks will sit on all these new empty high end condos I see around my hood for that long. Does all that vacant commercial in SV have any bearing on the expected tech recovery? Or have so many jobs and existing businesses moved overseas or to less expensive areas that we have not only a boom in business but increasing margins and thus much higher bottom line profits?
