Granted I know nothing about running a port, my common sense tells me that whoever does run a port knows what's coming in, from where, what the security procedures are, who the security people are, etc. etc.. And given that supposedly we inspect only about 15% of incoming cargo, can you blame me if I rant? Homeland Security is an oxymoron. Of course I also belong in the camp that believes 9-11 was an inside job and that we the American people really have nothing to fear from the rest of the world as much as from the powers already firmly established in our country.
