Why is the right of return such a big issue then? For the same reason, the Israelis took the Swiss to court and demanded retribution from Swiss banks and the Swiss gov't. Israelis confiscated Palestinian property during the 1948 war. The Palestinians were never reimbursed. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. ;-)
