IF the information about the e-mails is true, it opens a whole new problem for the administration. Sure Cheney wasn't under oath when he "visited" with the prosecutor, but if he said one thing and clearly did another, this ties right in with Scooter's claim that his "superiors" told him to leak classified info. Does anyone care about the fact that an indicted government higher-up has testified that he was instructed to leak classified info? Oh...wait...I forgot that Mr. Cheney can decide when and how to declassify something on his own initiative..then leak it...
