But their land was most recently taken by the Israelis. The Israelis should give it back, and return to the '67 borders. That might actually restore peace - it's certainly worth trying.

Neither of those is "the question". The question is how to solve the 60 year war between Israel and its supporters and the Arab-Muslim world. I have proposed an equitable, fair solution. Anybody got any better ideas?

Arguing over who has the "right" to land is not all that important unless some powerful outside group is going to enforce that right. No such powerful group exists at the moment, so possession is 90% of law rules today.
