The post exchange on this issue is moot. The gauntlet was thrown down this past week by SD now that Bush has filled the USSC with righties. We'll see how this plays out.

If Roe is overturned, it should largely deflate many on the right, while galvanizing the left. Should make for interesting elections in 2006 and 2008.

If SD restricted abortion a bit more than had previously been allowed than I think the SC might approve it but it all but outlawed it (I understand the only exception is the life of the mother), I don't think the court will let that stand.
