I'm curious how Roberts turns out as well. Time will tell. But I'm less sure of his partisan interests than you are.

He's already said he thinks Roe is settled law.

Interesting - does that mean the same thing as he agrees with the Roe decision?

In other words, he won't hear the case because precedent makes it unnecessary (the Roe case covers the issue), or because he thinks both precedent makes it unnecessary AND he would have voted the same way as the majority in Roe?
