Peter they have equality... don't they ? If folks in authority, charged with the stewardship of public order and safety fall down wrt to any group... I say fire their asses and they lose their pensions... We already see much of the 'black' issue is something only blacks can solve and much of it starts at home. When I was a kid it was not that way and there were serious impediments faced by blacks ... heck I went to a mission school... Chines and whites... I got in fights with them all being a mongrel... not for lack of affability :O) Al
