To a point... but it is a tricky business raising the dead... a little more common 2000 years ago we are told... :o)

But why shouldn't the killer, in the case of a killer pay 50% of his earnings in prison and 25% of his earnings for example if he is released for the rest of his life? Why should someone found guilty of vandalism not pay back the government? Or someone found guilty of fraud not pay back the money? Kid steals a car, take 10% of his lifetime income and pay back the people he has injured.
