TP, It has been reported that 80% of Al Qaeda's number two men have been captured or killed.

And in related news, Al Qaeda has announced a sweeping reorganization plan that eliminates the "number two" position. "Other than suicide bomber, the 'number two' position had the highest on-the-job death rate, so we decided to do away with it and have 'number threes' report directly to the top."
