<Child abuse exists in the wealthiest of families, it is hidden but it is there.>

Geode, I was writing about child torture and MURDER, not a whack around the legs or a mean father.

You are wrong. NONE of the cases in NZ was from a wealthiest family, or even a reasonably normal middle-class one.

They are nearly all from the ranks of welfare.

There are almost no children available for adoption these days as the "natural parents" are considered the best parents. So the children are stuck as a meal ticket for the horrors who pass as parents and the hideous men the women take is as "step-fathers" who are not in the slightest "fathers".

It's not the children in state "care" who are tortured and killed. It's those still with the welfare "family".

The children aren't "on their own" in the sense of living on the streets. I wasn't clear sorry. I meant the child alone was murdered, not anyone else - sometimes, the mother and children are killed by an angry, jealous male who thinks "If I can't have them, nobody can". Those are a different situation [still usually in welfare situations] from the abused, tortured and killed children. The mothers weirdly [like a female lion] seem to accept their children being killed by the new incumbent male. I guess it's nature in action. I don't want to pay to see nature in action for human horrors.

I feel sick just thinking about it all. It really is horrific.

There are umpty thousand people who would just love to adopt babies which the mothers don't want, or are unable to support. The infants are denied that opportunity. The mothers, short of money, on welfare, share accommodation with some horrible criminal bludger welfarist male to improve cash flow.
