More Kiwis were killed in defending freedom in East Timor than Americans, who originally gave the green light for the murderous conquest of East Timor when Henry Kissinger was in Indonesia.

I thought you were really onto something here and then I found out there were all of 4 Kiwi War Dead in East Timor. You really are a BS artist aren't you? I didn't mind when you were chatting up Qualcomm but now I know how Bill Frezza felt or Tero for that matter. :-)

In the modern world, it is very much a dollars and sense question.

Ok so it is all about dollars. How much money could you possibly have paid to US in taxes anyway? Qualcomm didn't even have taxable dividends until last year. The long term capital gains rate is all of 15%. As far as profits of US companies in New Zealand being "remitted" to US. Last time I heard it is their profits. Are you suggesting a Kiwi nationalization or something. Seems like more obfuscation and BS to me MQ.

In my googling it also appears that the New Zealand entry into Afghanistan was still in dispute by the end of November and at best the 30 SAS troops got in by December hot on the heels of the triumphant French Forces who got in to save complete embarassment and just happened to miss the fighting.
