"If the government takes too big a chunk out of a business's profit, all it will do is cause a hike in the prices to the consumer." Or the business will fail, causing unemployment. Or the business will pay less. Or the business wil vote with their feet, and move to a more favorable location. Or... "It appears that more socialists are standing up in the Democrat party, which does not bode well for America." Hopefully Americans will be able to identify socialism as a failed idea. This might bode well for America, and the Democrat party undergoes its death pangs before a new entity emerges.
