RAVENEYE, ITS NOT LIKE ELGINDY EVEN HAS TO SHOW UP FOR THAT HEARING IN CANADA. HE IS NOT A CANADIAN CITIZEN AND I DONT THINK THEY CAN EXTRIDITE HIM FOR A HEARING. THEY WILL MOST LIKELY GET A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT WHICH WILL REQUIRE HIM NOT TO VIOLATE CANADIAN SECURITIES LAWS AND A TRADING BAN FORBIDING HIM TO OPEN AND TRADE AN ACCOUNT IN CANADA FOR 20 YEARS OR MAYBE LIFE. THE SEC HAS NOT CHARGED ELGINDY LAST TIME I LOOKED. THEY MAY BE BEYOND THE STATUE OF LIMITATIONS. I DONT KNOW. YOU DO REALIZE THAT LIKE THE SEC CANADIAN REGULATORS CAN NOT CHARGE HIM WITH A CRIME?

No change for Arthur Murray Smolensky; Executive Director. His hearing date is still 03/23/2006, next week Thursday.
