Yes just like might still happen in the Johnathon case.. they chose a target A target is always chosen.. The fact that the bashing is done is enough... You do know about bullying in schools which has nothing to do with gays and yet can destroy lives... Three months ago when I was picking my son up from school, a young black girl in the school yard probably about 4'8' and heavy ran up behind a smaller Chinese boy maybe 25 lbs lighter and shorter and pushed will all she had from the side..... He fell down backwards and I heard an audible crack of his head on pavement... She ran away... I got a teacher right away.. Then a little while later the vice principle came out looking for the girl.. I had seen the bus she got on but he said don't worry ... I know exactly who I'm looking for.. He retrieved her from the bus and I could hear her answer his question of why ? with Because I don't like him... I don't like anything about him... That was it... Last month in the line my son stands in (Grade one) before going in.. was a classmate of his.. a young black girl... holding a chunk of hard snow.. Two grade twos in the neighbouring line (also two black girls) decided they didn't want her to have this chunk of snow. They told her to put it down.. She refused... They jumped her, knocked her down, and crushed the snowball.. telling her how stupid she was and to go away.. I intervened to the point of chastising the two children with a good scolding... and prevent them following her.. Well Peter... no fear.. no fear at all... I was told to f off or we'll kick you and you can't touch us.... I kid you you not.. Grade TWO!!! I notified the teacher on duty and was told a reprimand would go home in the kids' agendas... but will anything come of it ? What kind of monsters are we creating... IMHO you are fixating on a tiny part of a much greater issue... Al
