Yes..Starbucks over roasts their coffee by their own admission (a store employeee claims) resulting in a very bitter brew.

My own opinion is Starbucks SUCKS.

Please try this coffee:

If you have to order it sent by mail then do it. It is very doubtful he would do it unless you begged him.

Not even close... Tims is as regular and down to earth as Stabucks is trendy and pretentious... (This man's opinion...)

Totally different mindset... Cops don't hang out in Starbucks :O)

Starbucks has fancier stuff and I guess some 'healthier' things but Tims has a decent quick lunch menu.

But I've been to a Starbucks in Beijing... I don't think Tim's has made it there yet... but conversely Tim's may be responsible for the huge influx of Chinese into Canada :o)

Maritimes are the three provinces New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island (which may vanish with global warming :O)...

Newfoundland is not included as a maritime province mainly because it was late to the party and almost left the dance early :O) but it is included in Atlantic Province..

As an aside back in the late 80s my wife and I went to a wedding for one of her cousins in England (Henfield not far from Brighton).. Well we took 10 days off and rented a car.. drove all around England (two day job for a Canuck or American LOL) staying in B&Bs mostly.. Anyway we had a lot of trouble getting 'Coffee to Go'... we got many many queer looks... One place we got them to understand after a few minutes and they rooted around underneath a counter and pulled up a couple of dusty styrofoam cups... We left her aunt our two 'trave mugs' which she found so quaint that she put them on display in her China cabinet LOL... I'm sure she thought we were odd...
