No, Kerry was on the Cambodian border Xmas Eve, 1968. It says so in his diary. Absolutely true. After that he made several trips into Cambodia according to his biographer.

When pressed, the smearvets claim this is the one instance where Kerry "lied", but not so. Every single smearvet claim against Kerry is untrue, much of it totally fabricated.
