The breach of the concrete walls in the canals was a total surprise. Levees usually meant the earthen walls along the Mississippi River and Lake Ponchetrain. Overflow of them was a risk everyone knew. But the total collapse of the concrete walls of 3 different canals leading into NO was totally unexpected and allowed Lake Ponchetrain to drain into the city.
I agree that the new articles were entirely misleading and misinformed and always wonder why? It could be BDS but one would hope it is just desire for headlines. Either way complete hardnosed facts seem to be a thing of the past in much of the MSM both print and TV.
