Yeah, the investment company brought CHNG to the OTC.bb is now calling all the small investors in China to put up some money as a initial investors to bring another small company in Shanngxi to London exchange. According to them, they need at least 500 people to sign up to qualify. In case the IPO is successful, it will bring you 5x-10x of return instantly. But who knows? There are waves of those gold rush asking for money seminars through out the major cities in China. I am afraid, some people will be cheated for their money and can't get them back.
