Yeah, that company is a crook, although some of the companies it bring in are not necessarily bad companies.

The shares of those first 500 investors get can only be sold on 1.5 Market in China. Look at BBC for example, it has been listed in the US for 2 years by now, but MOST of the earliest investors still CANNOT sell their shares except to sell on 1.5 Market in China!

I have to give "credit" to that CEO of BBC. She sure knows how to hype her company and screw the naive small Chinese investors! Those small Chinese investors are the ones who invest in BBC from the very beginning, but now, after 2 year they still CANNOT sell their shares! BBC did give permission for about 600K sh. (not sure it is regular sh. not ADR share) to sell on the US market the end of last year. And most likely those owners are "connected" with the company.

This following post mentioned that by investing in CHNG, BBC may add $0.3-0.4 EPS for the last quarter. So watch out for a "blow out" earning<LOL>

This CEO lady reminds me of Michael Dell. Do you know that Dell the company made much more money from trading options of its own stock on the open market than it did from selling computers? And maybe one day that CEO lady can make more money from investment than from selling fertilizer<g>
